Terms of Service

By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of METAPULSX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

METAPULSX is operated as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product for social media management and automation. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and METAPULSX.

METAPULSX provides the following core capabilities:

• Unified inbox for Facebook page messaging across multiple pages
• Post creation, scheduling, and publishing to connected pages
• Direct messaging to page audiences and individual recipients
• Engagement analytics and performance dashboards
• AI-assisted content tools and automation workflows
• Lead management and activity tracking

Features may vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To use METAPULSX, you must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at postmaster@metapulsx.com if you suspect unauthorized access. METAPULSX is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials.

Your use of METAPULSX in connection with Facebook and Meta products is subject to Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Platform Policies. You agree to:

• Only connect pages and accounts you are authorized to manage
• Comply with all applicable advertising and messaging policies
• Not use METAPULSX to send spam, misleading content, or prohibited material
• Respect audience privacy and obtain necessary consents for communications

Violation of Meta policies may result in suspension of your METAPULSX account and revocation of API access.

You agree not to use METAPULSX to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or audiences
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or API restrictions
• Resell or sublicense access without written authorization
• Use automated bots for purposes outside the platform's intended functionality

METAPULSX offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Sapphire, Platinum) with defined monthly message limits and 30-day validity cycles. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate provisioning of messaging bandwidth, server infrastructure, and evaluation free trials, all subscription payments and renewals are strictly non-refundable. For full terms, please read our dedicated No-Refund Policy.

You may cancel your plan at any time to prevent future monthly billings. Unused message quotas expire at the end of each 30-day validity period and are non-refundable.

METAPULSX, including its name, logo, design, code, and documentation, is the exclusive property ofMETAPULSX and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content you create and publish through METAPULSX. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to deliver the requested features.

METAPULSX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific engagement results from published content.

We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta, including API changes, account restrictions, or platform outages beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, METAPULSX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to METAPULSX in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the data deletion process. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or Meta Platform policies.

Upon termination, your right to use METAPULSX ceases. Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
