No-Refund Policy

METAPULSX operates as a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Due to the immediate delivery, digital provisioning of messaging quotas, and dedicated server infrastructure allocated upon purchase, all purchases and subscription renewals are strictly non-refundable.

We do not issue cash refunds, charge credits, or retroactive reimbursements once a subscription transaction has successfully processed.

To help you determine whether METAPULSX meets your business requirements, we provide an initial 24-hour free trial per eligible Facebook account.

We strongly encourage all prospective customers to connect their Facebook pages and thoroughly test the unified inbox, message throughput, and template features during this evaluation period before purchasing any paid plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by notifying us at postmaster@metapulsx.com.

• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the conclusion of your current 30-day billing cycle.
• You will not be billed for subsequent renewal periods after cancellation.
• Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund of charges already billed for the active cycle.

Each subscription plan includes a defined message allocation with a 30-day validity window. If you do not exhaust your entire message quota within the 30-day validity period, or if you choose to terminate your use of the platform early, unused messages expire and will not be refunded or converted to store credit.

If you believe a technical error resulted in a duplicate charge or incorrect billing amount, please contact our support team immediately at postmaster@metapulsx.com with your transaction reference. We investigate verified billing discrepancies promptly.

Initiating an unauthorized or fraudulent payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank without contacting our support team first may result in immediate suspension of your METAPULSX account and connected services.
