Welcome to METAPULSX ("we," "our," or "us"). METAPULSX is a premium social automation platform that enables businesses and creators to manage Facebook pages, unified messaging inboxes, scheduled posts, and audience engagement with secure enterprise page integration.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the METAPULSX web application, dashboard, and related services. By accessing or using METAPULSX, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

We collect information necessary to deliver and improve the METAPULSX service:

• Account information: Name, email address, login credentials, and subscription plan details.
• Facebook / Meta data: Profile ID, display name, connected page IDs, page access tokens (stored securely), posts, messages, and engagement metrics authorized by you.
• Usage data: Feature interactions, session logs, device type, browser, IP address, and timestamps for security and analytics.
• Content you create: Draft posts, scheduled content, message replies, and uploaded media processed through our composer.

METAPULSX uses your data exclusively to provide and enhance our services:

• Authenticate your account and maintain secure sessions
• Display your unified inbox across all connected Facebook pages
• Publish posts and send messages on your behalf, as authorized
• Schedule and queue content for future delivery
• Generate analytics and performance insights for your dashboard
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations and Meta Platform policies

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

METAPULSX integrates directly with official Meta (Facebook) business services. When you connect your Facebook account, you grant METAPULSX specific permissions to access your pages and messaging data.

Your use of Facebook features through METAPULSX is also governed by Meta's Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms. We only request permissions essential to the features you use.

You may revoke METAPULSX's access at any time via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

We may share limited data only in these circumstances:

• Meta Platforms: To execute posts, messages, and API operations you request.
• Infrastructure providers: Hosting and cloud services bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

METAPULSX implements industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), httpOnly session cookies, secure token storage, and access controls. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your METAPULSX account.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for service improvement purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (see our Data Deletion page)
• Withdraw consent for Facebook data access
• Export your data in a portable format
