User Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your METAPULSX account and all personal data we store at any time. We process deletion requests in accordance with Meta Platform requirements, GDPR, and applicable privacy laws.

Deleting your METAPULSX data does not automatically delete content already published to Facebook. Content on Meta platforms remains subject to Facebook's own retention policies.

Upon a confirmed deletion request, we remove:

• Your METAPULSX account profile and login sessions
• Stored Facebook access tokens and connection metadata
• Cached inbox messages, drafts, and scheduled content in our systems
• Usage logs and analytics tied to your account
• Support correspondence linked to your account

Anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained for service improvement.

Follow these steps to delete your data from METAPULSX:

1. Log out of your METAPULSX dashboard to end active sessions.
2. Email us at postmaster@metapulsx.com with the subject line: "Delete my METAPULSX data"
3. Include the email address or Facebook account name you used to register.
4. We will send a confirmation email within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

To fully disconnect METAPULSX from your Facebook account:

1. Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Go to Apps and Websites → Active
3. Find METAPULSX and click Remove
4. Confirm removal to revoke all API permissions

We recommend revoking Facebook access and submitting a deletion request to ensure all data is fully removed from METAPULSX systems.

• Acknowledgment: Within 3 business days
• Data deletion: Within 30 days of verified request
• Confirmation: Email sent once deletion is complete
